The Fair went extremely well considering the weather condition on that day, which was rainy, windy, and generally less-than-thrilling. Over sixty people participated in the event. Faculty interest was apparent throughout the day. Faculty presenters were delighted to showcase and share their ideas. Getting faculty members from various programs and departments to interact and discuss their projects with each other was one of the most beneficial outcomes of the Fair. One faculty told the Academic Computing Director that he was a good friend of 'x' but never knew the interesting things 'x' was doing with technology. We have several faculty who, as a result of what they saw, are submitting proposals of ideas for new projects that seek our help over the summer. The positive feedback was a great source of encouragement. The pictures taken at the Fair show that both the faculty that presented and those that attended were equally excited and fully engaged.
